All orders ship free within United States. Expedited shipping is also available via UPS and USPS for a flat rate. Please choose your preferred method at check out. The flat rates are the following: USPS Priority mail is $5.49, UPS ground is $7.99 and UPS 2nd Day $19.99.

Gift Wrapping & Messaging

Complimentary gift wrapping on each order. Each piece of jewelry is shipped in an Eco-friendly jewelry box using Eco-friendly shipping materials. If you wish to include a gift note, please leave a note at check out with the message you wish to include and I’ll be happy to include the gift message for you at no additional cost.

International Shipments
For orders delivered outside of United States, there is a flat rate fee of $10.95. Please contact your local authorities regarding possible duty fees that your country might have for orders delivered outside of United States. Reija Eden Jewelry is not responsible for non-paid import taxes and we won’t be able to issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries outside of United States that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.

The Pay It Forward Guarantee
I’m confident you’ll love my labor of love, the special jewelry piece, made just for you. The piece has been created to bring you joy and to be a special piece in your life. If for some reason you don’t love your jewelry piece as much as I loved creating it, you can request a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. I only have one request. I ask that you pay it forward by donating the piece of jewelry you purchased to a great cause or by giving it to a friend or colleague to enjoy. I’d also love to hear your feedback on the piece you had purchased, because I strive to create the most joyful, beautifully crafted jewelry to make your every day more beautiful and loved. The refunds for returns will be issued to the original method of payment via the original payment method.  The only exception to the Pay it Forward Guarantee is custom orders. All custom orders are final sale with no refunds due to custom nature of the products. A jewelry piece that has been custom made just for you, most likely won’t be the right piece for anyone else, or it wouldn’t be a special, custom ordered piece.

Fine Jewelry Orders

The only exception to the pay it forward guarantee is fine jewelry orders. We won’t be able to accept returns or refunds on fine jewelry orders since each piece is made to order, just for you. The custom piece made for you, wouldn’t be the right piece for someone else since you chose the design, therefore we won’t be able to accept returns on fine jewelry pieces.

Sales Tax
Sales tax 7.75% is charged for deliveries in California.

Custom Orders
All Reija Eden Jewelry Collection pieces are made in the USA. I welcome custom orders. Please contact me if you wish to change a certain design to fit your needs and tastes such as the length of a necklace or a stone used. I can also create an exclusive custom piece for you. Bridal orders are welcomed as well. All custom orders are final.

Privacy Policy
We don’t share any customer information such as name, address, telephone number etc. with any outside entity. All information is kept private and solely used for the purpose of billing and completing an order. Emails collected via newsletter sign-up are not shared with any outside entity. They are used internally only for sending you advance notices of specials and sales and other updates to our line. You can opt out if you like to not receive any emails from Reija Eden Jewelry.

Secure Orders
All of the orders are transmitted secure via Paypal using Paypal’s secure server or via Square Credit Card Processing via their secure hosting services depending on which option you choose at check out. No credit card information gets submitted to Reija Eden Jewelry. All credit card transactions are hosted within the checkout options such as Paypal or Square and we do not have access to that information. You can rest assure that your personal information is secure with Reija Eden Jewelry and will never be used for anything other than the order completion purposes. We offer guest check out option if you prefer not to create an account with Reija Eden Jewelry. Any and all account information is kept secure and private and will not be shared with anyone or any outside entity. You can shop safely with Reija Eden Jewelry knowing that your information is protected.
